PROJECT : Feeding Kitchen, Tijuana

COST : $800  ($400 to register and commit to the project.) *You will be responsible for your own transportation to San Diego.

DATES : October 19th - October 26th, 2024

In 2021 we constructed the first floor of the feeding kitchen in Tijuana.  Pastor Abelino and his church have been ministering regularly to 100 kids a day and feeding the community.  Over the past two years, they have seen the need to expand.

 

On this project we will be expanding the Feeding Kitchen and doing any needed repairs to the Missions base, Puente De Amistad.  We will also be staying at Puente De Amistad

TRIP BREAKDOWN:

• October 19th - October 26th 2024***

• Cost: $800 ($400 for Registration)

• Passport Required

• Basic Travel vaccinations recommended. 

• Completed online application with a $400 deposit submitted by June 1st, 2024. (Deposit is refundable if application is not accepted)**

• Full Payment due by July 15th 2024.

*Cost covers most expenses, housing, meals and ground transportation.15% of the cost of the trip will be applied to the construction project. Meals while traveling to and from Tijuana, snacks, souvenirs, and transportation to San Diego etc. will be the crew member’s responsibility. Crew members will be responsible for arriving into San Diego October 19th, and leaving October 26th.  If you are flying, we will provide transportation to and from the Airport.
