National Director
Aaron Keller’s first MOVE trip ever was to Papua New Guinea in 2016. He is a Lead Pastor in Des Moines, Ia. He along with his wife, Wendy, have four children, Josiah, Isaac, Gabriel, and Evangeline.
STEVE DRAKE
Interim Director of Construction
Steve Drake joined MOVE in 2001 on a trip to Papua New Guinea. He is a contractor in Spokane Wa. He and his wife, Pam, enjoy spending time with their boys and grandkids.
DON PORTER
MOVE Chaplain
Don Porter joined MOVE in 1987 in Colonial Barone, Argentina. He pastors a church in Stuart, IA. He and his wife, Mary, have three grown children and a host of grandchildren.
DUSTIN HANSON
Advisory Team
Dustin Hanson’s first MOVE trip ever was to Papua New Guinea in 2016. He owns his own Drywall company in Clear Lake, Ia. He is a board member in his church and a diligent worker and spiritual leader.
TIMOTHY GUILLEN
Advisory Team
Timothy Guillen’s first MOVE trip ever was to Costa Rica in 2020. He is a credentialed minister from New York, NY. Timmy is a gifted bi-lingual speaker and has great wisdom and insight in working with other cultures.
DAVID BETHANY
Advisory Team
Dave Bethany joined MOVE in 1987 (Plottier, Argentina). He owns a construction company in Los Angeles, CA. Dave and his wife, Carla, have four adult children, and a growing bundle of grandchildren.
STEVEN BURISH
Advisory Team
Steve Burish first trip was to Costa Rica in 2007. Now retired, he was formerly a CFO of a California based agricultural company. He and his wife, Suzan, have been married 43 years and have two children and four grandchildren.

MOVE is a forward-thinking missions organization, proudly affiliated with Open Bible Churches and Global Missions. We inspire men to lead boldly in their homes and churches while building impactful ministry structures worldwide. Through self-funded, donation-supported projects, we empower men to grow spiritually and serve the Kingdom of God.
Founded in 1981 as Men of Vision Evangelize, we’ve simplified our name to MOVE, reflecting our growth and vision to engage younger men and occasionally include families in select projects.

MOVE has two mission trips annually: an 8-10 day trip in the Fall and a 16-day men’s build project in the Winter. Every project aims to deliver a secure, weather-tight, and functional building for immediate use.

The men on our MOVE teams are from many vocational backgrounds - Construction, Real Estate, Transportation, Finance, Administrative, etc. Over half of our men don't have construction experience and still contribute to our yearly projects!
